Tips for Planning the Perfect Cruise
I am booked for a cruise over new years with Princess Cruises – The Diamond Princess to NZ – AUS
I’m 18, and even though the drinking age is 18 in both countries, aparently its an American ship so i wont be allowed to gamble or purchase alcohol… Its my first New years being legal and my first cruise so i know nothing about it….
Can someone please tell me if ill enjoy myself.. Im going to be with my brother whos also 18 but we are getting paranoid that we wont have fun… HELP
We are planning a cruise with the family as our Christmas gift to everyone. I feel cheap asking but has anyone hid alcohol and took aboard? I know that is one way they make money on the ship. My in laws are big drinkers and I know after the bill it will cost more than the rooms do. Im not kidding. I suppose everyone can pay their own alcohol taps. Any suggestions would help
My husband are first time cruisers doing a 7 day Mexican Riviera on the Carnival Pride. Any tips to make our cruise more enjoyable? Anything not worth doing/seeing in port or onboard? How about drinks, any ways to save on alcohol while onboard? Any tips or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
With the short stop in Nassua it seems that shopping would be best. The St Thomas and St Maarten stops I am thinking of renting a car.. Any thoughts from people who have been there.. Thanks..
Thanks for all the great advice. I see everyone likes to shop.. I thought of shopping for gifts and some alcohol for the stateroom. Renting the car idea was more for touring the island a bit. I hear you can rent a taxi for the day, like I did in Thailand. That was nice so hopefully that is true on the islands too..
