I am going on a cruise in about a week. I’m not on a diet, but I still want to prevent weight gain on the cruise. I plan to eat a small bowl of cereal (cheerios) for breakfast with skim milk every morning. I will not be consuming any alcohol or soda (i’m not 21 so i can’t drink alcohol anyways. I’m 13). I will only have dessert once or twice and I will take a long walk around the ship every morning. Is there anything else I can do to prevent gaining weight on the cruise?
